Elise joined EdUKaid in 2024 as a Policy Research volunteer. Elise brings a strong background in policy research, data analysis, and equality and disability inclusion in international development. With experience working with children and nonprofits in Lebanon, Ghana, France, and beyond, Elise has engaged in research and advocacy to promote peace, equality and development on a global scale. Alongside her role at EdUKaid, she works for BRACE Dementia Research, applying her expertise in advocacy, communications and data-driven impact to fundraising for health research.

With an MSc in Humanitarianism, Conflict & Development, Elise contributes to EdUKaid's project design, focusing on the inclusion of girls and children with disabilities in Early Childhood Development. She also supports the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning team, including with policy briefs, literature reviews, and capacity-building efforts, including delivering Excel training for Tanzanian staff.
