Bintially Mfangavo Bintially Mfangavo joined the team in June 2019 to implement the Heshima Project, our gender equality project providing girls with the knowledge and confidence they need to prepare for and manage menstruation. From 2022-2024 Bintially managed the Inclusion Project - tackling inequality and discrimination for girls and children with disability at every level in primary education. Bintially Mfangavo is a passionate and dedicated advocate for gender equality, specializing in empowering girls and women to overcome the socio-political, economic, and personal challenges posed by negative cultural and traditional practices. With a strong commitment to gender advocacy, Bintially Mfangavo works tirelessly to create solutions that foster inclusion, justice, and equal opportunities for women and girls. In 2025 Bintially took a role of a Programme Manager, she oversees the planning, execution, and evaluation of programs to ensure they align with the organization’s mission and goals. Bintially is also responsible for coordinating resources, managing budgets, collaborating with stakeholders, and monitoring program outcomes. Additionally, she also lead the team, ensure compliance with regulations, and identify opportunities for growth or improvement, all while maintaining strong relationships with donors, partners, and the community.
